RETURN POLICY
In the event the items you purchased do not fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items of full-priced merchandise purchased from SAVEECOUTURE.COM with tags attached within 14 days of your delivery date.  Please email customerservice@shopsavee.com to get an authorization number (RA) and return shipping address before you ship the items back. The RA number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us.

***Please Note:  All returns shipped without a Return Authorization (RA) number from us will be rejected.

For EXCHANGE, A charge of $9.99 will be placed on your credit card for the return shipping costs. If you choose to recieve a store credit, the credit amount will remain on your Savee Couture account and will be redeemable by phone ONLY

Items purchased with promo codes or coupons are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping.  Savee Couture's garments are very delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time.  If you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at customerservice@saveecouture.com within 5 days of your receipt to be eligible for a replacement at no cost.  Once your damaged item is received, we will send a replacement of the exact same item and size.
