CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.  Savee Couture ships your package "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.  If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.  For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

 

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
Occasionally orders are placed before the automatic update takes place.  You will be sent an email if your item is not available.  Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. 

 

BILLING PROCESS
Savee Couture accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.  Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card.  Savee Couture reserves the right to request additional identification.  If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

 

SALES TAX
Savee Couture is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to California.  Sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

 

***Please Note:  No Saturday or Sunday deliveries.  No shipping to PO Boxes.  APO and FPO addresses are automatically shipped via USPS Ground.

 

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time) are typically processed within two business days and shipped with express 3-day service.  For expedited shipping, orders must be made before 2:00PM PST to guarantee that your order is processed and ready to ship the next day.  If your shipping information does not match your billing information, there may be a delay in order processing.  For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification.  On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order and your patience is greatly appreciated. Business days are limited to Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM PST, excluding holidays.  No Saturday or Sunday deliveries.  Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

 

BACK ORDERS
Every effort is made to ship orders complete.  Customers will be notified via email in the event of all backorders.

 

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be emailed using our contact us form before 4:00PM PST on the current business day.  Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
